Troubleshooting > Blinking GREEN
Try a different ethernet cable and ensure the connection is secure.
If the power LED is blinking green, that means OBi can't get IP from your router. Verify if Ethernet cable is securely connected, and you are seeing a link light on the router port where your OBi connects. For OBi202 users, make sure you connect to the "Internet" port (blue label). Reboot your router.
Make sure that you see power LED shows solid GREEN. Then try to call **9 222 222 222 to reach our echo test. This needs to work first. If the call above doesn't work, put OBi in the DMZ setting in your router's configuration (Click HERE to see example).
