SIP Account Configuration Wizard for ITSP or IP PBX
Set-Up Directions:
Please be advised this wizard should not be used in conjunction with OBiTALK portal device management.
1. Physical Connections:
a) Your OBi device should be in the same IP data network as your computer.
b) The OBi should have an analog phone plugged into the PHONE port.
2. Fill In Form Below & Press Configure:
a) Get your OBi unit IP address: Dial *** and "1" from the phone connected to the OBi.
b) If you are prompted to enter your username and password, enter 'admin' into both fields.
3. Test Set-Up:
a) To make a call via this SIP account, dial **1 + destination phone number.
b) If this SIP account is the Primary Service used to route calls, you may omit the **1 when dialing. The phone LED on the OBi device turns green when the device registers to the SIP server successfully.
c) If this SIP service is not the primary call route, then omitting **1 sends the call to the PSTN line connected to the OBi LINE port (by default).
